What we do
JF HR Solutions offers responsive and relevant compensation consulting services to small and medium organizations, allowing business leaders to effectively attract, engage and retain key talent, and focus on business objectives.
What we need
Ideally, you are experienced in one or more of the following: job analysis / job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structure design, incentive pay design. You also have flexible availability to meet various client needs, in a context where projects may require a few hours one week and several hours the next.
Technical proficiency with applications such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web meeting tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), as well as excellent communication skills (verbal & written), a collaborative approach and adaptability are a must. You will also need your own equipment / technology to support our clients virtually.
A CCP designation, fluency in French, experience with Pay Equity reviews, and experience working with small to medium businesses and / or not-for-profit organizations are definite assets, though not essential.
